1-on-1 Personal Training

This is the preferred option for many. Choosing 1-on-1 Personal Training means you will get a trainer's 100% concentrated attention on you and you alone for your session. The focus is all on you and getting you to your goals. Here's our session pricing for 1-on-1 training:

Single Session -    $85 ($85/session)
 5 Sessions      -    $400 ($80/session)
10 Sessions    -    $750 ($75/session)
  20 Sessions    -    $1400 ($70/session)
  30 Sessions    -    $1950 ($65/session)

Doubles Training

If 1-on-1 Personal Training is outside of your budget or you just prefer to workout with a partner, Absolute Fitness offers doubles training (at a significant discount to the cost of 1-on-1 training).

*Doubles training does entail finding a workout partner who is at a similiar level of fitness and has a compatible personality.
